Enable partners to sell Adobe Stock Credit Packs

The Adobe Stock Credit Packs provide greater flexibility and convenience for teams and customers who require additional licensing options beyond their subscription plans. It also boasts distinct business rules that diverge from the norms observed in other Adobe products; it neither co-terms, prorates, nor auto-renews, among other unique characteristics.

Limitations

The Stock Credit Pack products cannot be:

  • Combined with non-stock products in the same cart
  • Upgraded or downgraded
  • Canceled except within a 14-day grace period, provided they have not been consumed.

Prerequisites

Before selling Adobe Stock Credit Packs, partners must ensure that their marketplace has the following functionalities enabled. Follow these steps sequentially.

  1. Set up Adobe integration, if not done already. Refer to Configure and sell Adobe products for more details.
  2. Set up pricebooks for all applicable levels with the same price across all levels as these products have price tiers, do not contribute to volume discounting or 3YC but get a price lock.

📝 Note: As these products fall under the ‘license’ discount category, they must be part of the Level pricebooks (Level 01/02/12/13 and so on) and not the Tier pricebooks (Tier T1/T2/TA/TB and so on).

  1. Enable Adobe 3YC program, if not done already. Refer to Enable partners to use Adobe 3YC program for more details.
  2. Contact your AppDirect technical representative to enable the required functionalities.
