Notify Users
Sends email notification to users.
**Prerequisites
- The Adobe integration is configured.
- All products for which subscriptions are being migrated must be onboarded on the marketplace platform.
- Contact your AppDirect technical representative to ensure that the consent service template and terms are configured with all the supported locales on your marketplace.
Adobe recommends sending an email notification to end users to inform them about the migration before you proceed with the pre-migration process.
To send an email notification,
π Note: If the AppDirect logo appears in the upper-left corner of the page, when Manage > Marketplace appears in this topic, click the grid icon > Switch to | Store, instead.
- Go to Manage > Marketplace > Settings > INTEGRATION | Vendor Integrations.
- Click the three dot menu next to Adobe ISV and select Notify Users.
- Click Choose File and select the file you want to upload.
π Note:
- Before you upload an input file, download the sample file and ensure that the file you upload matches the format in the sample file. The input file should be a comma-separated (.csv) file, and size cannot exceed 1 MB.
- The AppDirect marketplace does not validate email addresses, or data inside the file. Ensure that you enter the valid email IDs and customer information in the input file.
- Click Send Email.
An email notification will be sent to the users in the input file.
You will also get a link on UI to navigate to Notification Logs, which you can use to check the status of all the emails sent.
π Note: You can send only one batch of notification emails within a 24 hours period. Ensure that you have added all the recipients in the input file before sending.
