Combine the purchase of a Microsoft or Google product with a domain

You can sell a Microsoft product or a Google product combined with a domain on your marketplace. Complete the following prerequisites to ensure a user on your marketplace can purchase a product and domain in the same purchase flow. The prerequisites differ depending on the version of checkout you are using.

Prerequisites for Checkout V1

  • The domain registrar must be approved for integration with AppDirect and the merchant must have a commercial relationship established with them.
  • A domain registrar is configured on the marketplace. For more information, see Set up domain providers.
  • The product is configured for combined domain purchases. For more information, see Add products for combined domain purchase .
  • The marketplace storefront is configured for cross-selling. For more information, see Configure domain cross-selling.

  • The domain registrar must be approved for integration with AppDirect and the merchant must have a commercial relationship established with them.

  • Checkout v2 is enabled by AppDirect and configured for the marketplace. For more information, see Configure checkout settings.
