Invoices for IaaS products

Invoices are generated when end users purchase products and when recurring subscriptions become due for invoicing. Invoices for IaaS products (Azure Plan, Azure Reservations, Amazon Web Services and Google Cloud Platform) contain extra invoice line items in a specific format. See the table.
