View customer statistics

On the Customer Management page, developers view summary metrics about users and companies who purchased, and have active subscriptions to, their products.

To view customer statistics,

  1. Go to Manage > Billing and Distribution > Customers. One of the following pages open:
    • Users
    • Companies
  2. The Summary Metrics pane displays cumulative statistics across all marketplaces where your products are syndicated or native. The Summary Metric panel displays the same information whether you select Users or Companies.
    • Total subscriptions—Total number of active subscriptions for your products.
    • Total users—Total number of users assigned to active subscriptions of your products.
    • Revenue to date—Total revenue generated from sales of your products across all marketplaces.
    • Invoices unpaid—Total number of unpaid and overdue invoices that contain any of your products.
    • Invoices overdue—Total number of overdue invoices that contain any of your products.
  3. (Optional) Click Users. The table includes the following columns:
    • Created on
    • Name
    • Email
    • Company
    • Application
    • Edition
    • Fee
    • Marketplace
  4. (Optional) Click Companies. The table includes the following columns:
    • Created on
    • Name
    • Phone
    • Number of users
    • Total spent
  5. (Optional) For Users or Companies, click Show filters to select a date range.
  6. (Optional) For Users or Companies, click Download CSV to download a comma-separated (CSV) report file of the corresponding data.
