Sell and manage Google products

Platform owners who have their own marketplaces can sell Google products. The information in this section does not apply to vendors who want to configure products and add them to the AppDirect network catalog.

For both Google Productivity and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) products Marketplace Managers must integrate their marketplace with a Google account:

Google Productivity products​

On a marketplace, you can sell Google Productivity products in two ways:

  • As a direct Google Reseller Add the Google product from the network catalog. After that, set up a Google Reseller account and link it to your marketplace. For more information, see Integrate a marketplace and a Google Reseller account. Then migrate your customer Google accounts, who purchased their Google products elsewhere, into your marketplace.   • Use the core agreement with AppDirect Add the Google product from the network catalog, see Sell products from the AppDirect network. Then contact your AppDirect technical representative to complete configuration for your marketplace.

Google Cloud Platform Products​

On a marketplace, you can sell Google Cloud Platform Products as a direct Google Reseller.

Marketplace Managers can create Google Cloud Platform products in their catalog, and sell them as assisted sales to customers. These products can be purchased multiple times on a marketplace.

You must create Google Cloud Platform products on the marketplace and then link those products with your Google Cloud Platform account before you can sell the Google Cloud Platform products on your marketplace.
