Manually synchronize Microsoft accounts and domains

Marketplace Managers can manually trigger Microsoft user sync to synchronize a specific customer account from the Microsoft Partner Center and synchronize domains. This option is available on the company’s details page, only if the company has purchased a Microsoft product.

They can also manually trigger Microsoft user sync and force both legacy Microsoft and NCE user accounts and data to synchronize.

To manually synchronize a Microsoft account or domain,

  1. Go to Manage > Marketplace > Dashboard > Home| Companies > companyName. The company’s details page appears.
  2. Scroll down to the Microsoft Office 365 Domains section.
  3. Do one of the following:
    • Click Sync Domains. A message confirms that the domains were synchronized.
    • Click Force User Sync. A message confirms that the user’s account and data was synchronized.
