Reset Microsoft user passwords using the PAC

If your users forget their passwords, assign them temporary passwords through the Microsoft Partner Center (PAC). They can use them the next time they sign in to the Office 365 portal.

You will need the following:

• Global admin permission on the Microsoft Partner Center
• Microsoft Company name
• Domain name
