View status of Microsoft product users

Marketplace Managers can view information about Microsoft Office 365 licenses and usage by subscription on the company profile page. Only Company Administrators can invite synchronized users to the marketplace.

To view company information,

📝 Note: If the AppDirect logo appears in the upper-left corner of the page, when Manage > Marketplace appears in this topic, click the grid icon > Switch to | Store, instead.

• Go to Manage > Marketplace > Companies > Company. The company details page opens.
  • The Users section lists the users that were synchronized and invited to the marketplace.
  • The Synced Users section lists the users that were synced and not invited to the marketplace.
