Enable partners to sell promo or intro SKUs from Adobe

Adobe offers special SKUs known as promo or intro SKUs, available at minimal prices and governed by unique business rules defined by Adobe. This section outlines how partners can enable the sale of these SKUs through their marketplace.

  • Promo or intro offers with auto-renewal:
    • Promo or intro SKUs set to auto-renew will renew seamlessly to their corresponding non-promo SKUs upon contract term completion.
    • Post-renewal, the subscription will reflect the consolidated units of both promo and non-promo editions in the non-promo subscription.
  • Promo or intro offers without renewal:
    • Promo or intro SKUs configured without auto-renewal will expire naturally at the end of the contract term.
    • There will be no automatic renewal to any other SKU type post-expiry.
