Enable partners to sell Adobe Worldwide Offers using the single currency approach
Adobe’s Worldwide Offers program is designed to provide a streamlined approach for partners to sell Adobe products to global customers using regional price lists. This program follows a single-currency skinny approach, allowing partners to offer products across multiple countries while adhering to Adobe’s pricing structures.
Eligibility
- Who is eligible to sell these offers?
- Only Direct Platinum resellers in North America and EMEA regions are eligible to sell worldwide offers.
- Distributor Marketplaces are not eligible to sell Worldwide Offers.
- Who is eligible to purchase these offers?
- A Global customer, defined as a multi-national company deploying licenses worldwide, is eligible.
For example, a customer based out of North America who deploys licenses in Japan, Australia, and Germany. - The customer must have licenses sold in a minimum of 3+ countries.
- Direct Platinum resellers must verify the customer as a Global customer. As per Adobe’s guidelines, this verification cannot be performed through APIs or AppDirect.
- A Global customer, defined as a multi-national company deploying licenses worldwide, is eligible.
- Market Segment:
- Worldwide Offers are available only in the Commercial market segment.
Prerequisites
Before offering Worldwide Offers, partners must ensure that the following prerequisites are met. Follow these steps sequentially.

Set up Adobe integration, if not done already. Refer to Configure and sell Adobe products for more details.

Enable Adobe company profile UI. Refer to Manage company-level Adobe settings for more details.

Enable the interim scheduling UI released in 680. Refer to Update subscription quantity and schedule new products at renewal for more details.
📝 Note: Double-check all prerequisites and marketplace settings as specified in this section, even if previously configured.

Contact your AppDirect technical representative to enable the required functionalities.

Ensure that Global Sales is enabled for both the partner and the customer.

Verify that all required SKUs are available and configured according to the single-currency approach on the platform before migrating any customers.
Onboard products

Adobe provides distributors with direct access to price lists that contain product information. To onboard eligible Worldwide Offer products, provide your organization's product list to your dedicated AppDirect representative.

The representative will work with the catalog operations team to onboard the products. The duration of the onboarding process may vary depending on the number of products.
ℹ️ Information: Worldwide Offer products
- Products that are not tied to regional price lists serve as placeholder products to facilitate customer migration into the platform.
- After migration, these placeholder products must be transitioned to the corresponding regional price list products.
- To prevent unintended use, ensure that the product profiles for Worldwide Offer products are hidden from the marketplace post-migration.
Order Worldwide Offer products
To order Worldwide Offer products for existing or new customers, follow the below steps:
- Navigate to Manage > Marketplace > Dashboard > HOME | Companies. The Companies list page opens.
- Click the {name} of the required company. The Company details page opens.
- Click the Vendor Information tab and select Adobe from the Vendor drop-down list.
- Verify that the Global customer field is set to Yes. If it is No, click Update company profile from the overflow menu and select Yes.
- Click Update Details.
After the customer is verified as a Global customer, they are eligible to purchase Adobe products. Alternatively, resellers can complete the required purchase on behalf of the customer.
Transfer Worldwide Offers customers from VIP to VIPMP and migrate them into the platform
For transferring customers from VIP to VIPMP and migrating them into the platform, refer to Transfer subscriptions from Adobe VIP Program to Adobe VIP Marketplace. After migration, perform the following, depending on the use case.
A customer has the products from the Worldwide Offers price list only
- Navigate to Manage > Marketplace > Dashboard > HOME | Companies. The Companies list page opens.
- Click the {name} of the required company. The Company details page opens.
- Click the Vendor Information tab and select Adobe from the Vendor drop-down list.
- In the Update or schedule new products at renewal > Add new Adobe products at renewal section, click Add New Products.
- In the Search for an Adobe product field, search for the desired Adobe product.
- In the Licenses required field, enter the total required quantity. For example, a customer has the below products purchased from the Worldwide Offers price lists:
Adobe Photoshop for Teams in JPY: Quantity: 10
Adobe Photoshop for Teams in USD: Quantity: 20
Adobe Photoshop for Teams in AUD: Quantity: 10
In this case, the total required quantity will be 40. - Click Schedule New Product.
Adobe allows scheduling new product orders between AD-30 and AD-3. The order will be saved and sent to Adobe during the applicable time frame.
After renewal, the new product order will be processed on the Marketplace.
A Customer has products from both the Worldwide Offers and regional price lists
- In the Update or schedule new products at renewal > Update Adobe renewal quantity section, click List Adobe Products.
A list of current and scheduled Adobe products is displayed. - Select the desired product to increase the quantity.
- In the Licenses required field, enter the total required renewal quantity for the product in the regional price list. The renewal quantity should be the cumulative quantity across all price lists. For example, a customer has the following for Adobe Photoshop for Teams:
Adobe Photoshop for Teams in JPY: Quantity 10 (WWO price list)
Adobe Photoshop for Teams in USD: Quantity 20 (WWO price list)
Adobe Photoshop for Teams in EUR: Quantity 10 (Regional price list)
In this case, the renewal quantity for the regional price list product (Adobe Photoshop for Teams) should be 40. - Click Update Renewal Quantity.
After renewal, the total renewal quantity will be reflected on the Marketplace.

Can a customer purchase from multiple Worldwide resellers?
A customer wishing to purchase from more than one Worldwide reseller must use a separate VIP Marketplace agreement for each reseller. VIP Marketplace supports a 1:1 relationship between a customer and the Marketplace.
