Configure the Consent Service for Adobe pre-migration
This section provides detailed steps for configuring the Consent Service required for Adobe pre-migration. The Consent Service ensures that all necessary consents and notifications are in place before the migration process begins.
Steps to configure the Consent Service
To configure the Consent Service, follow the below steps:

Marketplace settings
Enable Advanced Notifications
To enable advanced notifications, navigate to Manage > Superuser > Advanced | General and then select Enable Advanced Notifications Configuration.
Modify customer notifications

Navigate to Manage > Marketplace > Settings > Notifications > Customer Notifications.

Search for the Adobe Transfer Consent Request Notification.

Modify the Marketplace URL, as the variable configuration is still pending.

Configure custom UI translations
-
Navigate to Manage > Marketplace > Settings > Custom UI | Translations.

Add the following translation keys:

assign
-
decline

description

Configure consent settings using a Postman collection

Create Consent Type
Set the tenant to ALL (Superuser access is required, and this configuration is already applied for all clusters).

Create Consent Terms

Access to the Marketplace Manager (MM) role is required.

Obtain the termsText for all required locales from the partner.

Create a Consent Template
-
Access to the Marketplace Manager (MM) role is required.

Use the titleTextKey and descriptionTextKey as configured in the previous Marketplace Settings step.
