  • Report Files
    • APPDIRECT_Transfer_Details_<timestamp>.csv - Contains the list of all successfully transferred memberships. It includes reseller IDs, transfer IDs, offer IDs, renewal dates, and quantity. You can use the transfer IDs to get the complete transfer details from Adobe.
    • APPDIRECT_Transfer_Failure_<timestamp>.csv - Contains the list of all the memberships that failed to transfer. It includes error code, message, reason code, error description, and the action required.
The Description column provides the exact error of why a particular membership transfer failed. The Action Required column provides the next steps to follow to resolve the error and retry the transfer.
    • APPDIRECT_Transfer_Success_<timestamp>.csv - Contains the list of all the memberships that were transferred successfully. It includes membership IDs and transfer IDs.
    • APPDIRECT_Generate_Failure_<timestamp>.csv - Contains the list of all the memberships with two statuses - Pending (1002) and Inactive (1004). It includes membership IDs, transfer IDs, subscription IDs, transfer status, error description, and action required. The membership IDs present in this file with status 1002 are submitted for transfer and are in progress. You must wait for some time to let the transfer get completed before retrying.
