Unused customer purchases report

This report provides detailed information about unused customer purchases—that is, all of the seats and subscriptions that are active, but that remain unused. The column headings that it includes are based on the fields you apply when you create the report.

This report is available to Marketplace Managers.

Recommended fields appear by default in the report. However, when you create a report, you can remove default fields or add different fields. If Marketplace Managers create custom attributes (see Create custom attributes), you can also include those fields when you create the report. Only custom attributes that were created in your marketplace (not child marketplaces) are displayed.

In the following table, the last column indicates whether or not the column is included by default.

Customer ID	Unique identifier for the customer in the marketplace.	Y
Customer UUID	Customer's universally unique identifier (UUID) in the marketplace.	Y
Customer External ID	External identifier on the partner's marketplace for the customer.	Y
Customer Email	Customer's email address.	Y
Company Name	Name of the company to which the customer belongs.	Y
Company ID	Unique identifier of the company that purchased the product.	Y
Company UUID	Company's unique universal identifier in the marketplace.	Y
Company External ID	Company’s external identifier on the marketplace.	Y
Phone Number	Company phone number.	Y
Number of Enabled Users in Company	Number of company users who have this product enabled.	Y
Owner User Creation Date	Date the customer registered in the marketplace, in the format yyyy-mm-dd.	Y
Owner User Activation Date	Date the user entered registration details in the marketplace, after receiving the welcome email, in the format yyyy-mm-dd.	Y
Vendor Name	Name of the application developer on the marketplace.	Y
Vendor ID	Unique identifier of the application developer in the marketplace.	Y
Product Name	Name of the purchased product.	Y
Product ID	Unique identifier on the marketplace of the purchased product.	Y
Edition Name	Name of the edition associated with the product.	Y
Subscription Creation Date	Date on which the subscription was created.	Y
Subscription Status	The status of the subscription. Possible statuses: initialized, failed, free, trial, free trial expired, active, suspended, and cancelled.	Y
Seats Assigned	Total number of seats assigned to all company users for this product.	Y
Order Start Date	Date on which the order becomes active.	Y
Order End Date	Date the order ends.	Y
Order Next Invoice Date	Date on which the next invoice will be billed for an active order.	Y
Order Total	The total amount on the purchase order.	Y
Order Billing Frequency	Billing frequency of the product or edition.	Y
Is Tester	Indicates whether or not the user is a tester in the marketplace. Possible values: true, false.	Y
Is User Deleted	Indicates whether or not the user was deleted. Possible values: Y, N.	N
