Re-run a report

If a report fails, or if you need to run it again for some other reason, you can do so from the Download Reports page without having to re-enter the parameters for the report.

When you re-run a report, this may overwrite any existing version of the report if the report file name does not include the run date. If this is the case and you want to keep the original report, you should download the report before re-running it (see Download reports).

    • To see reports within a specific date range, click the calendar icon to enter From and To dates. The reports in the filtered list are based on your time zone. The report includes data from 00:00:00 on the start date up to 23:59:59 on the end date. For example, if you select March 1 to March 15, the report includes data from 00:00:00 on March 1 to 23:59:59 on March 15.
  3. (Optional) Click the column headings to change the order in which rows are displayed. For example, click the Creation Date column heading to toggle the view between most recently created to earliest created.

  4. In the row that contains the report that you want to download, click the gear icon in the Options column, then select Re-Run from the drop-down list.
A warning and confirmation dialog box appears. The warning emphasizes that the existing report file may be overwritten if the file template does not include the run date.

  5. Click Re-Run to run the report (or Cancel to cancel).
The report runs again, using the parameters that were entered for it most recently.

The report appears at the top of the first page of the Download Reports page. You can wait for it to finish, and download it as described in the Download reports topic if it is successful.
