Edit NCE product contract terms

NCE product subscription owners can cancel their subscription more than seven days after their purchase date and they are not restricted to canceling at the end of the term. To do this you must configure the following Termination fee product level settings in your published NCE products:

• Termination fee Percentage of remaining subscription
• Termination fee description

To edit NCE product contract terms

1. Go to the Manage pricing edition page located at Manage > Marketplace > Products | CATALOG > Production Catalog NCEproductName > Edit Product | EDITIONS AND PRICING > pricingEdition | Manage Pricing Edition.
2. In the Payment Plans section, select the Contract Terms.
3. In the Termination fee section, select one of the following:
   • No termination fee—If selected and the subscription owner of an NCE product cancels their subscription more than seven days after their purchase date, they only have the option to Cancel at the end of the term.
   • Percentage of remaining subscription—Select this option to allow NCE product subscription owners to cancel their subscription more than seven days after their purchase date. If selected you must also add:
     • % Remaining
     • Termination fee description—This description appears as a line item on Customers' invoices.
4. Click Save Plan.
