Configure settings for NCE products

📝 Note: If the AppDirect logo appears in the upper-left corner of the page, when Manage > Marketplace appears in this topic, click the grid icon > Switch to | Store, instead.

After you publish NCE products in your marketplace, you must configure subscription and purchase behavior. You configure these settings at Manage > Marketplace > Settings > BILLING SETTINGS | Billing Functionality.

You must also configure the grace period in contract terms on the product edition settings located at Manage > Billing and Distribution > Products > ProductName > Gear icon > Edit Product | EDITIONS AND PRICING > Editions > pricingEdition | Manage Pricing Edition | Contract Terms.

Select the settings in the order below.

Configure the following subscription behavior:

• Select Enable edition level subscription restrictions.
• Select Edition Restrictions to restrict Self-Service Cancellation. This disables self service cancellation.
• Select This edition can be upgraded. This is a pricing edition restriction.
• Select This edition can be downgraded. This is a pricing edition restriction.

Configure the following purchase behavior:

• Select Purchase Behavior to allow Company Admins to decide default purchase behavior in their company. See Configure purchase restrictions.

Configure the following product setting:

• Configure the grace period in contract terms on the product edition settings located at Manage > Billing and Distribution > Products > ProductName > Gear icon > Edit Product | EDITIONS AND PRICING **> Editions > pricingEdition | Manage Pricing Edition | Contract Terms.
