Additional information for coterm eligibility for NCE subscriptions

The following parameters apply when considering which contract end dates to display as available coterm options for a particular new or existing subscription:

• Only existing NCE subscription contract end dates are eligible for coterming.
• For monthly subscriptions (P1M) the 28th, 29th, or the 30th of a month are NOT eligible dates for coterming unless they fall on the last day of the month.
• If there are multiple contracts with the same end date, only the latest option will be displayed. (The end resulting cotermed date will be the same regardless of which option is selected if we displayed all of them with the same date).
• If coterming with a contract end date results in no change to the existing contract end date, it is not displayed as an option.
