Prepare migration files

📝 Note: This documentation page may refer to Manage > Marketplace in navigation steps. If the Manage option is not available in your navigation, click the grid icon on the top-left corner of your header and click Marketplace.

In your marketplace, download the Marketplace Products report that your AppDirect technical representative created for you. Go to Manage > Marketplace > Reports. The Download Reports page opens, with a list of all previously created reports. Each row includes one report. In the row that contains the Marketplace Products report, click Download. The report is downloaded to your Downloads folder. Note that you can only download reports whose status in the Result column is Successful. For more information about downloading reports, see Download reports.

You can use information from this report to prepare your migration files. You also need information from the Google Reseller console.

To prepare migration files

• Use information from the Marketplace Products report to prepare your migration files. Some of the headers you will see in this report are:

  • Product_ID (App Id)
  • Edition_Pricing_Uuid
  • Pricing_Unit
  • App_Name
  • Edition_Name
  • Cost_Per_Unit
  • Type_Of_Plan
  • PCMS_CODE (Channel SKU)
  • Product_Type
  • Is Contract
  • Contract Length
  • Edition Code
