Manage custom attribute fields

This topic describes how Marketplace Managers view and manage a summary of all custom checkboxes, custom fields, and their entries associated with a company or user. For information about creating and setting custom fields, see Create custom attributes.

To manage a custom attribute summary

📝 Note: This documentation page may refer to Manage > Marketplace in navigation steps. If the Manage option is not available in your navigation, click the grid icon on the top-left corner of your header and click Marketplace.

  1. Go to one of the following locations:

    • Manage > Marketplace > Dashboard > Home | Companies
    • Manage > Marketplace > Dashboard > Home | Users

    The Companies or Users page opens.

  2. Click the name of the company or user whose custom field summary you want to view and manage. The selected company's or user's details page appears.

  3. Click Manage Company or Manage User, then select Manage Custom Attributes. The Manage Custom Attributes dialog opens and displays all custom fields and checkboxes associated with the selected company or the selected user.
    It is possible for a field to be blank if the custom attribute field has been created, but no user has made and saved an entry in the field.

  4. Enter or edit the entries as appropriate, then click Save.
