Company Entitlements file

This file contains information about the company's subscription to a product.

To create a company entitlements file

• Create a CSV file with the following column headings. Add a row for each company subscription. Each file can contain multiple subscriptions. Some information is available in the Google Reseller console, and some information is available in the Marketplace Products report. For more information, see Reports.

Heading	Description
EXTERNAL_ ID	A unique identifier. It can be, but does not have to be a Google Subscriptions ID.
EDITION_PRICING_UUID	The edition (pricing plan) of the corresponding product profile on the marketplace. Get this from the Marketplace Products report.
CHANNEL_SKU	This is an optional heading. It can be used instead of EDITION_PRICING_UUID and PRICING_UNIT in this file. Get this value from the Marketplace Products Report, under the header PCMS_CODE.
COMPANY_EXTERNAL_ID	The unique external identifier of the company.
PURCHASED_BY_EXTERNAL_ID	This is the identifier of the user who owns the subscription.
VENDOR_ENTITLEMENT_ID	This must be the Google Subscription ID, available in the Google Reseller console.
PRICING_UNIT	Available in the Marketplace Products report.
UNITS	Quantity of licenses. Get this value from the Google Reseller console under Usage.
START_DATE	Subscription start date. It is in the following format: yyyy-MM-dd'T'HH:mm:ssZ Example: 2017-3-21T00:00:00+00:00
METADATA: domains	This is the domain for the company in Google. In the Google Reseller console it is the customer domain.
ISV: tenantId	The unique identifier of the company in Google. In the Google Reseller console it is the customer domain. This has the same value as the TENANT_ID in the Developer Customer Accounts file.

In the Google Reseller Console:

• The External_ID is the Google Subscription ID , which is displayed under the heading ORDER ID. This is also the Vendor_ entitlement _ID. The suffix -nn is not part of the value.

If the subscription needs to be in the Free Trial phase, ensure that the Google subscription and the AppDirect plan are the same. In case of a discrepancy, for example the Google subscription is in free trial but the AppDirect order is not, some of the marketplace functionality will be unavailable or the user will see errors when performing subscription management.
