Transfer customer to your Google Reseller account
You must manually transfer a customer to your Google reseller account. Do this when a customer purchased a Google subscription elsewhere and now wants to move their subscription into your marketplace.
To transfer the customer to your Google Reseller account
- Log in to the Google Reseller console. Click Customers. Click the red Add Customer button at the bottom right of the screen.
- Enter the customer's existing domain.
If the domain is already in use with Google and you are not the reseller, the Transfer Token window opens. - Do one of the following, depending on whether the Transfer Token window is open:
- To transfer a domain to your reseller account, see Transfer a domain.
- To request the transfer token from your customer, see Get transfer token.
