Edit notification templates and conditions
Complete this procedure to edit any user-defined email, SMS, or off-platform template, including associated filters and content.
To edit notification templates
đź“ť Note: If the AppDirect logo appears in the upper-left corner of the page, when Manage > Marketplace appears in this topic, click the grid icon > Switch to | Store, instead.
- Go to Manage > Marketplace > Settings > Custom UI | Notifications. The Notifications page opens.
- Click the default template that you want to edit. The notification template page opens.
- Click Default, then select +New Template from the drop-down list.
- (Optional) Click one of the other delivery methods for the new template: SMS or Off platform. The Default template appears for the selected delivery method.
- Select the template that you want to edit from the unlabeled templates drop-down list (the list displays the name of the currently selected template, which is the Default template when the page is first loaded). The list of templates displays one of the following icons to indicate its current status:
- Green circle—Enabled
- Light gray circle—Disabled
- Checkmark—Currently selected template
- Red asterisk (*)—Draft mode (the template has been created, but not saved)
