Create a GDAP relationship request
After GDAP is enabled on your marketplace, you can create a GDAP relationship when your company has a customer tenant but no GDAP relationship.
To create a GDAP relationship request
š Note: This documentation page may refer to Manage > Marketplace in navigation steps. If the Manage option is not available in your navigation, click the grid icon on the top-left corner of your header and click Marketplace.
- Go to Manage > Marketplace > Dashboard > Home | Companies > {companyName} > Tenants. You will see the following information:
- Microsoft Tenants
- Microsoft Office 365 Domains
- Click Request GDAP. A Request GDAP Access dialog appears.
- Click Send Request.
- The AppDirect platform sends a GDAP relationship request notification email to the customer. The status is Pending.
- The customer clicks Review and approve in the notification email. They are directed to the Microsoft Partner Center to perform their setups. The status changes to Active and the following information is displayed:
- A list of existing GDAP relationships:
- Relationship identifier
- StatusāActive
- Request creation dateāThe current date
- Relationship acceptance dateāPending
- Relationship expiration dateāNo value
- Action list
