Verify email domains

This topic describes how Marketplace Managers manually verify an unverified email domain.

📝 Note: This is a manual override. The AppDirect platform does not validate the domain itself or its association with the company's first user.

To verify an email domain

📝 Note: If the AppDirect logo appears in the upper-left corner of the page, when Manage > Marketplace appears in this topic, click the grid icon > Switch to | Store, instead.

1. Go to Manage > Marketplace > Dashboard > Home | Companies. The Companies page opens.
2. Click the {name} of the company with an unverified email domain. The selected company's details page opens. It includes a red Unverified Email Domain icon.
3. Click Manage Company, then click ​Verify Email. A confirmation message appears, and the icon changes to a green Verified Email Domain icon.
4. (Optional) Click Manage Company, then select ​Unverify Email to manually set this company's domain to unverified.
