Disable companies

This topic describes how to disable an existing company for the purpose of preventing all users in the company from logging in to their accounts or managing their existing subscriptions. Companies cannot be deleted.

To disable a company

📝 Note: This documentation page may refer to Manage > Marketplace in navigation steps. If the Manage option is not available in your navigation, click the grid icon on the top-left corner of your header and click Marketplace.

1. Go to Manage > Marketplace > Dashboard > Home | Companies. The Companies page opens.
2. Click the {name} of the company you want to disable. The selected company's details page appears. The Enabled icon must be green for you to disable this company.
3. Click Manage Company, then select Disable Company. You are prompted to confirm that you want to disable this company.
4. Click Yes. A message confirms the company is disabled, and the green Enabled icon is now red and labeled Disabled.
5. (Optional) Click Manage Company, then select Enable Company when you want to enable the company.
