Configure company details

Marketplace Managers can enable company details settings to enable users to view and edit internal notes about a company, or to view and edit company information.

To configure company details

📝 Note: If the AppDirect logo appears in the upper-left corner of the page, when Manage > Marketplace appears in this topic, click the grid icon > Switch to | Store, instead.

  1. Go to Manage > Marketplace > Settings > Settings | Marketplace Functionality, then scroll to the Company Details section.
  2. Click the checkbox for Display Internal Notes About a Company setting to allow Marketplace Managers and Sales Support Representatives to view, add, or edit internal company notes about a company in the View and manage company details page.
  3. Click the checkbox for Display Company Information. This will allow users with the proper role permission to view and edit company information in the View and manage company details page for Marketplace Managers, or the View companies and company details page for Resellers.
  4. Click the checkbox for Domain Verification on Company Details page to configure the email verification options in the Manage Company drop-down list in the Company Details page.
    When you select this setting, the Verify Email and Unverify Email options appear.
    When this option is not selected, the options are not available.
    When this setting is enabled, you can also see the verification status of email domains. Sales Support Representatives must also have the Enable Domain Verification role permission to view these options.
    Note: If a domain is blacklisted, the Verify Email and the Unverify Email options in the Manage Company drop-down list will not be available regardless of the settings. To find out if your domain is blacklisted, contact your AppDirect technical representative.
  5. Click Save.
