Link companies to reseller companies

This topic describes how Marketplace Managers link customer companies to a reseller company. After the companies are linked, members of the reseller company can sell to, and buy on behalf of, members of the customer company, and view and manage orders.

📝 Note: Not all marketplaces include the Reseller functionality.

To link a company to a reseller company

📝 Note: If the AppDirect logo appears in the upper-left corner of the page, when Manage > Marketplace appears in this topic, click the grid icon > Switch to | Store, instead.

1. Go to Manage > Marketplace > Dashboard > Home | Companies. The Companies page opens.
2. Click the {name} of the company that you want to link to a reseller company. The selected company's details page opens.
3. Click Manage Company, then select ​Link to Reseller. The Link to Reseller dialog opens.
4. Enter the name or email address of the reseller company you want to link to the selected company, then click Save. The two companies are linked, and the selected company's details page now includes the Linked Resellers table.
   Similarly, the reseller company's detail page (at Manage > Reseller > Reseller Manager | Reseller Companies > {companyName}) now includes a Linked Companies table.
