Send a pending GDAP relationship request reminder

After GDAP is enabled on your marketplace, you can send a pending GDAP relationship request reminder when your company has a customer tenant and does not have a GDAP relationship and a GDAP relationship request is pending.

To send a pending GDAP relationship request reminder

📝 Note: This documentation page may refer to Manage > Marketplace in navigation steps. If the Manage option is not available in your navigation, click the grid icon on the top-left corner of your header and click Marketplace.

1. Go to Manage > Marketplace > Dashboard > Home | Companies > {companyName} > Tenants. You will see the following information:
   • Microsoft Tenants
   • Microsoft Office 365 Domains
   • A list of existing GDAP relationships:
     • Relationship identifier
     • Status—Pending
     • Request creation date
     • Relationship acceptance date
     • Relationship expiration date
2. Select an existing relationship and in the action menu, click Resend request.
3. The AppDirect platform sends a Pending GDAP relationship request reminder notification email to the customer.
