Assign AppDirect user permission set

When you have created an owner user for sales agents in Salesforce, you can assign the AppDirect user permission set for this owner.

Prerequisites

Create contacts for sales agents in Salesforce

To assign AppDirect permissions to owner users

1. Click the gear icon on the top right of the page.
2. Click Setup.
3. Go to Administration > Users > Permission Sets. The Permission Sets page appears.
4. From the Permission Set Label column, click AppDirect User. The AppDirect User permission set page appears.
5. Click Manage Assignments.
6. Click Add Assignments.
7. Select the checkbox in the row for the user who will use the AppDirect for Salesforce application and click Assign.
