Role permissions

Marketplace Managers can configure the permissions of each user role in their marketplace. Depending on the roles enabled for your marketplace, you can update the permissions settings for users with the following roles: Resellers, users, customer support (Customer Sales Representatives, or CSRs), and sales support (Sales Support Representatives or SSRs). Each role has different sets of permissions and default settings. Additionally, different roles on the marketplace are able to save orders, create quotes, and mark-up or mark-down prices for products.

If a role does not exist in your marketplace, the corresponding role pane and associated fields do not appear. For example, if the Customer Support does not exist in your marketplace, the Customer Support fields do not appear.
