Set default user roles

You can configure a default user role to be assigned to every new member of your marketplace.

To configure a default user role

📝 Note: This documentation page may refer to Manage > Marketplace in navigation steps. If the Manage option is not available in your navigation, click the grid icon on the top-left corner of your header and click Marketplace.

1. Go to Manage > Marketplace > Settings > Settings | Marketplace Functionality, then scroll to the Customer Roles section.
2. Click one or both of the checkboxes to assign the corresponding role to all new marketplace users.
3. Click Save Settings.
