Configure legal resources

The marketplace lets you specify links to two important legal documents:

• Terms and Conditions (also know as Terms of Service)—Customers must view and agree to the terms of this document when they register and/or activate their user account on the marketplace.
• Privacy Policy—Customers can view this document by clicking a link in the marketplace footer.

You can specify the URLs for these links in the General Settings page.

To configure legal resources

📝 Note: This documentation page may refer to Manage > Marketplace in navigation steps. If the Manage option is not available in your navigation, click the grid icon on the top-left corner of your header and click Marketplace.

1. Go to Manage > Marketplace > Settings > SETTINGS | General Settings, then scroll to the LEGAL URLs section of the page.
2. Enter a URL that links to your organization's terms of service document in the Terms & Conditions field.
3. Enter a URL that links to your organization's privacy policy in the Privacy Policy field.
4. Click Save Settings.
