Enable SMS notifications

You can enable customer notifications using SMS.

To configure SMS customer notifications

📝 Note: If the AppDirect logo appears in the upper-left corner of the page, when Manage > Marketplace appears in this topic, click the grid icon > Switch to | Store, instead.

  1. Go to Go to Manage > Marketplace > Settings > Settings | Marketplace Functionality, then scroll down to the Customer notifications pane.
  2. To enable notifications to customer by SMS, click the Enable SMS Notifications checkbox.
  3. Click Save Settings. SMS customer notifications are now enabled for your marketplace.
