Manage subscriptions (new experience)

The Subscription Management experience gives company administrators and other authorized customer users a full-page view of the subscriptions their organization owns. Commerce changes (seats, editions, unit transfer, quotes) use Update subscriptions v2.

Who uses this experience

  • Company administrators and other roles your marketplace grants permission to manage applications and subscriptions for the company.
  • Marketplace managers and resellers may receive a similar table-first management experience in a future release; until your marketplace documentation states otherwise, assume this topic describes the customer (company admin) view.

Subscription list and detail

From the listing page you can see active and inactive subscriptions, open a detail page (instead of relying only on a small legacy modal), and use deep links in the URL where your security policies allow bookmarking or sharing.

On the detail page you can typically review:

  • Subscription identifier and product or edition summary (labels vary by marketplace).
  • Billing frequency and pricing plan context.
  • Order history (one subscription may show multiple orders over time, for example an initial purchase and later upgrades; the UI may still say order for each purchase).
  • Invoices and payments, with links to records where supported.
  • Assigned users and shortcuts to manage assignments where your marketplace provides them.
  • Transfer ownership when your role and settings allow.

For billing history from the classic application layout, see View billing history.
