View application users

Company Administrators can view a list of all users who are assigned to an application. Viewing an application's users can be helpful if you plan to reassign users from one application to another, for example.

There are two ways to view application users.

To view application users through the Applications page
  1. Go to Manage > Account > Applications. The Manage Apps page opens.

  2. Click the name of the application. The application details page opens.

  3. Open the Users tab. The users table opens. It lists all of the application users.

    Note: If an application is a single-user product, there is no Users tab: instead, the product owner is the only user.

To view application users through the Assign Apps page
  1. Go to Manage > Account > Assign Apps. The Assign Users to Apps page opens, with a list of applications on the left side, and users on the right side.

  2. Click the app whose users you want to view. In the user list on the right, selected check boxes appear beside the names of all assigned users.

    Note: Single-user products do not appear in the application list.
