View and complete saved orders

Sales Support Representatives (SSRs) can save an order as a price quote during a purchase on behalf of a company. These saved orders can be viewed and converted into a purchase by any member of that company.

To view and complete saved orders

  1. Customers can take one or both of the following actions:
    • Click the link in the notification email that is sent when the order is saved as a quote.
    • Go to Manage > Account > Applications > Manage Manage Apps | Saved Orders.
      The Saved Orders page opens, and the table includes all price quotes for your company. Their assigned status is Pending Purchase.
  2. Click the row in the table of the product you want to purchase. The Manage Saved Order for productName appears.
  3. Click the gear icon, then select Resume Order. The Billing Details page of the purchase flow opens.
  4. Complete the purchase flow like you would for any purchase.
