Request free trial extension

You can request additional time on your product's free trial before making a purchase decision.

To request free trial extension from the Applications page

1. Go to Manage > Account > Applications> APPLICATIONS | Manage Apps. The Manage Apps page appears.
2. Click Manage > Request Free Trial Extension next to the product for which you want request free trial extension. A confirmation message appears indicating that the request has been successfully submitted.

To request free trial extension from the MyApps page

1. Go to MyApps page.
2. Click the settings icon next to the product for which you want request free trial extension and then select Request Free Trial Extension. A confirmation message appears indicating that the request has been successfully submitted.
