View scheduled subscription cancellations

When the AppDirect-enabled Delayed Cancellation feature is turned on, complete the following procedure to view scheduled subscription cancellations.

📝 Note:
The Delayed Cancellation feature allows you to schedule a cancellation to be effective on a future date. If you require this feature and it is not turned on, contact your AppDirect technical representative.

To view scheduled subscription cancellations

• Go to Account > Applications. The Manage Apps page opens. Beside each application that has a pending cancellation, the scheduled Cancellation Date is displayed.
