Active unconverted users report

This report is a list of all users who have signed up to your marketplace, but have not completed any purchases. It has the following column headings and can include additional columns if custom order fields have been configured for your marketplace. See Create custom attributes.

Heading	Description
Customer name	The name of the customer (user).
Customer ID	Unique identifier for the customer.
Customer email	Customer email address.
Company name	Name of the company to which the customer belongs.
Company ID	Unique identifier for the company in the marketplace.
Phone number	Phone number of the company.
Sign-up date	Date the user signed up to AppDirect, in the format mm/dd/yyyy hh:mm:ss a.m/p.m.
Activate date	Date the user was activated on the marketplace, in the format mm/dd/yyyy hh:mm:ss a.m/p.m.
