Delete attributes

📝 Note: If the AppDirect logo appears in the upper-left corner of the page, when Manage > Marketplace appears in this topic, click the grid icon > Switch to | Store, instead.

You can delete attributes and attribute options that you created for your marketplace's products.

You can delete an attribute with one or more options.

To delete attributes

1. Click Manage > Marketplace > Products > Groups | Product Groups. The Product Group page opens.
2. Click the gear icon beside the attribute that you want to delete, then click Delete Attribute from the drop-down list. The Delete Attribute dialog appears.
3. Click Delete. A message confirms the deletion.

Every attribute must have at least one attribute option, so you cannot delete an attribute option when it is the only one. In that situation you must delete the attribute to be rid of the attribute option.

To delete attribute options

1. Click Manage > Marketplace > Products > Groups | Product Groups. The Product Group page opens.
2. Click the gear icon beside the attribute that you want to edit, then click Edit Attribute from the drop-down list. The Edit Attribute dialog appears.
3. Click the trash icon beside the attribute option that you want to delete.
4. Click Save. A message confirms that the change to the attribute is successfully saved.
