Delete categories and subcategories

📝 Note: This documentation page may refer to Manage > Marketplace in navigation steps. If the Manage option is not available in your navigation, click the grid icon on the top-left corner of your header and click Marketplace.

You can delete subcategories and categories that you created for your marketplace's products. For more information about categories, see Organize products.

To delete categories

1. Click Manage > Marketplace > Products > Groups | Product Groups. The Product Group page opens.
2. Click the gear icon beside the category that you want to delete, then click Delete Category from the drop-down list. The Delete Category dialog appears.
3. Click Delete. A message confirms that the category was deleted.

To delete subcategories

1. Click Manage > Marketplace > Products > Groups | Product Groups. The Product Group page opens.
2. Click the gear icon beside the category that contains the subcategory that you want to edit, then click Edit Category from the drop-down list. The Edit Category dialog appears.
3. Click the trash icon beside the subcategory that you want to delete. The subcategory is deleted.
4. Click Save. A message confirms that the change to the category was saved.
