Approve products in the staging catalog

You must approve products pending your approval before they are transferred from your Staging Catalog to your Production Catalog.

To approve products in the staging catalog

📝 Note: This documentation page may refer to Manage > Marketplace in navigation steps. If the Manage option is not available in your navigation, click the grid icon on the top-left corner of your header and click Marketplace.

1. Click Manage > Marketplace > Products > Catalog | Staging Catalog. The Staging Catalog opens with an alert notifying you there is a published product that requires your approval.
   
2. Do one of the following:
   • Click Review pending applications to view a table of products pending approval. Click Approve . The Publishing model opens.
   • Click productName to view the product in the Product Dashboard. Click Approve.The Publishing model opens.
3. Click Marketplace Distribution. The Marketplace Settings page opens. To complete the process, see Edit product marketplace settings.
