Edit payment methods
After you configure a payment method, you can edit some of the details for its associated payment gateway. For example, you can edit the password, define whether address verification system (AVS) checks and other system checks are required, and so on. The details you can edit depend on the specific payment gateway.
The Payment Methods page is enabled by default for all new marketplaces, replacing the previous Payment Gateways page. To enable Payment Methods for an existing marketplace, contact your AppDirect technical representative.
To edit a payment method
📝 Note: If the AppDirect logo appears in the upper-left corner of the page, when Manage > Marketplace appears in this topic, click the grid icon > Switch to | Store, instead.
- Go to Manage > Marketplace > Settings > Billing Settings | Payment Methods. The Payment Methods page opens.
- Click Edit next to the payment gateway that you want to update. The payment gateway page opens.
- Update fields as needed.
- Click Save Changes. A confirmation dialog warns you that the changes that you make may affect your users' saved payment method.
- To proceed with the changes, click Confirm. Your changes are updated.
