Configure third-party tax providers

Marketplace Managers can add third parties as part of their billing functionality.

To configure a third party

📝 Note: This documentation page may refer to Manage > Marketplace in navigation steps. If the Manage option is not available in your navigation, click the grid icon on the top-left corner of your header and click Marketplace.

  1. Go to Manage > Marketplace > > Settings > Billing Settings > Billing Functionality. The Billing configuration page opens.
  2. Scroll down to the third parties pane.
  3. Configure any of the optional third party information fields, as required.
    • If your marketplace is set up to calculate taxes with Avatax, you can update the following information:
      • Avatax account
      • Avatax Licence
    • If your marketplace is set up to calculate taxes with OneSource, you can update the following information.
      • OnceSource endpoint URL information
      • OneSource Username
      • OneSource Password
      • OneSource External Company ID
  4. Click Save Settings. Your third party settings are updated.
