Payment gateways

When integrated with AppDirect, payment gateways support a variety of payment methods. Proceed with the option that is applicable to your marketplace:

  • If a payment gateway is configured for your marketplace and you are considering making a change to it, contact your AppDirect technical representative.
Caution

Do not attempt to add, change, or delete a payment gateway. Lost revenue can result. Customer payment information can be lost and recurring payments missed. Contact your AppDirect technical representative.

  • If there are no payment gateways or payment methods configured for your marketplace, and Payment Methods appears in the left menu under Billing Settings when you go to Manage > Marketplace > Settings, for more information, see Payment methods.
  • If there are no payment gateways or payment methods configured for your marketplace, and Payment Methods does not appear in the left menu under Billing Settings when you go to Manage > Marketplace > Settings, contact your AppDirect technical representative.
