Migrate a single CSP subscription

❗ Important: Microsoft Azure Global CSP integration has been deprecated. Deprecated features are only available to existing AppDirect customers who already use them. If you are a new customer, you cannot use this feature. For more information about deprecation, see Product lifecycle phases.

CSP subscription migration allows partners to manually migrate Microsoft subscriptions, purchased using the Microsoft Partner Center, into the marketplace.

Prerequisites for migration:

• The company already exists on the marketplace or you have synced the company to the marketplace using Synchronize data.
• The customer has a Microsoft tenant.
• The customer has a Microsoft CSP subscription obtained from the partner.
• Migration capabilities are enabled by AppDirect for your marketplace.
• Reporting is enabled by AppDirect for your marketplace, specifically the Marketplace Products report.
