Link a pending company to marketplace

Complete the following procedure to link a pending company to an existing marketplace company.

To link a pending company to a marketplace company

📝 Note: This documentation page may refer to Manage > Marketplace in navigation steps. If the Manage option is not available in your navigation, click the grid icon on the top-left corner of your header and click Marketplace.

1. Go to Manage > Marketplace > Home | Companies | Pending Companies. The Microsoft Pending Companies page opens.
2. If a row has a green check mark and a Link Company box, the company was identified as having a possible match on the marketplace. Click Link Company. The Link Companies page opens.
   • The left pane displays information about the imported company.
   • Click the row of a company to enter a new page for a more detailed view of the company that was synced.
   • The right pane displays information about potential marketplaces companies.
3. Do one of the following:
   1. Click Compare next to a marketplace company name in the right pane. The Link Companies page displays information about the imported company and the marketplace company. Do one of the following:
      1. Click Link Companies from this page to link the imported company with a marketplace company.
      2. Click Create Selected. This creates a new company on the marketplace.
   2. Click Select next to a marketplace company name in the right pane. The button updates to confirm the selected marketplace company and imported company are now linked.
   3. If you decide not to link the pending company to the possible marketplace companies, click Create Selected. This creates a new company on the marketplace.
