Manually link a pending company to marketplace

When a pending company does not match a marketplace company but exists on the marketplace. On the pending companies table it is displayed as a pending company. However, the Marketplace Manager knows there is a matching company on the marketplace. Complete the following procedure to link a pending company to a company on the marketplace.

To manually link a pending company

📝 Note: If the AppDirect logo appears in the upper-left corner of the page, when Manage > Marketplace appears in this topic, click the grid icon > Switch to | Store, instead.

1. Go to Manage > Marketplace > Home | Companies | Pending Companies. The Microsoft Pending Companies page opens.
   1. Click a row to view more details about the company.
2. Click Link Company. On the right pane no companies are listed because no matches were found on the marketplace.
3. Do a manual search for the marketplace company you know matches the pending company. Click Select. Click Link Companies. The pending company and the marketplace company you selected are now linked.
