Request a reseller relationship

To request a reseller relationship with a customer, go to the Microsoft Support page and follow the procedure below.

To enable a reseller relationship with a customer

1. Sign in to Office 365.
2. Select the app launcher icon and choose Partner.
3. In the Partner admin center choose Build your business.
4. Under For Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) clients, locate Request CSP relationship and choose the Send Request link.
5. A sample email is displayed. Copy the sample email message and edit it to create your own customized invitation.
6. When your customer receives your email and chooses the URL within the mail, he or she is directed to sign in to Office 365 and will be asked to authorize the partnership. A user can accept the relationship if they are a Microsoft Office 365 global admin.
   After a customer accepts the CSP relationship, the company name is displayed in the marketplace. The synced company is not yet on the marketplace. To synchronize a company to the marketplace see Synchronize data.
